Essential perennial for shade, forming clumps of gray-green foliage to 24" tall. Single white flowers with yellow stamens bloom in May. The fruits are bright red receptacles with dark blue seeds perched on them; they remain beautiful for several weeks in late summer. 5/6 yr. plants.
